Orders are currently accepted via telephone and fax. A fax or email confirmation will be sent back to you with an estimated lead-time for delivery of your product. Errors on the confirmation must be reported within 24 hours, otherwise Fence Wholesale will assume the order is correct. If changes occur after 24 hours, the order will be subject to cancellation and restocking fees, which will be quoted at the time of the change. Shipping numbers can be provided upon request to track your shipment.
Payment is by VISA, MC, DISCOVER and money order will be accepted at no extra charge, for your convenience. If using a credit card, your card will be charged in full when the order is placed.
CANCELLATION AND RESTOCKING FEES:
As mentioned above, any changes to orders placed after your initial confirmation has been received and accepted are subject to a fee of 35%. The same fee applies to any items returned for restocking. A return merchandise authorization must be on all packages for Fence Wholesale to accept the package. The customer must prepay all freight. Custom orders containing specialty aluminum gates and fence accessories, privacy slats, windscreens and non-stock items may incur a higher restocking fee.
Due to the nature and size of fencing products all shipping costs are calculated after order placement. After calculating the shipping cost you will be contacted for final approval of your order.

Due to the high cost of fuel, there is a $20.00 fuel surcharge per order shipped.
There is a $75 Handling charge on all orders. This covers the trucking company notification fees.
DELIVERY - OFFLOADING PRODUCT FROM TRUCK
It is the customer's responsibility to offload the freight truck when their order arrives.
Smaller orders can be offloaded by hand i.e. Residential Ornamental Aluminum fence and Residential PVC fence orders, however any PVC agricultural fence orders more than a couple hundred feet should be offloaded with a forklift or tractor with forks.

Any errors or material shortages should be reported within 24 hours of deliver. If the error was the fault of the manufacturer, no additional delivery charges will be assessed. If the error was the customer's fault, the appropriate delivery charges for the new items will be charged. Any additional freight charge will be quoted to the customer.
By placing an order with Fence Wholesale, the customer agrees this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of laws provisions, and the Customer (purchaser of fence materials) and the seller (Fence Wholesale) agree that the sole venue and jurisdiction for disputes arising from this Agreement shall be the appropriate state or federal court with jurisdiction over Swatara Township, Pennsylvania, the registered office of Fence Wholesale, and the Customer and seller hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
